Start with step two if you:
- Have used a paper planner before, but not had much luck
- Have successful built and maintained a habit for three months or more
- Struggle a great deal with “time blindness”

Use Step Three if you:
- Have successfully worked through step two
- Have used a traditional planner enough to know which features work best for you

Step Four Planners
Step three comes in several variations to support the systems that you have found to work best for you in the previous steps.
- Are good at developing a new habit
- Use a traditional paper planner regularly
- Have an idea of the customizations that would make using a paper planner a little more easy for you.
Accelerated Planner
Each step is designed to be used for three months. The accelerated version is for people who are already well practiced at user a planner and building good habits.
This version includes a shortened version of Step One, Two, and Three. It lets you experiment with the system faster and discover what works for you, but it does not help you develop the practices to maintain good habits.

Individual Monthly Planners
Individual planners are available for each of the steps for people who would like to spend more or less time on a specific step, or sample one of the steps with less commitment.
After completing all of the steps, it’s recommended to continue using step four which can be purchased as set or individually.
